It’s highly unlikely that Dior would have even considered sending Angelina Jolie a pair of underwear with a shower curtain draped over them, or a Dior bra paired with a tennis skirt. If anyone suggested that she wear straps with the logo stamped on them, they probably got fired, rehired, and then fired again. While it’s hard to imagine Charlize Theron sporting such a look, Jennifer Lawrence would have been a perfect fit. I wonder if Jennifer got put on hold when Angelina’s team called on line three?
Dior made a wise choice with this design. Angelina looks her best in a while with a simple yet stunning ensemble. The elegant gray pleated gown raises the question of what happened with last year’s questionable fashion choices. Was it all a joke? It certainly seems that way.
